Sara Packal\u00e9n, with a Ph.D. in theoretical philosophy and extensive experience in research funding and administration, has been appointed as the Research Director of the Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies. Her most recent position was at the Swedish Research Council as a research secretary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
