Advent seminar: what can the Nordic countries learn from the new Eastern Europe?

Welcome to an afternoon of knowledge, perspectives and dialogue on the significance of Eastern Europe for the Nordic region – today and in the future.

This year’s advent seminar brings together researchers, experts, and representatives from research funding organizations to explore how we can understand a region characterized by change, complexity, and dynamism.

The program includes both research discussions and panel sessions that address the lessons the Nordic countries can learn from Eastern Europe, and how research and research funders can contribute to understanding a heterogeneous and dynamic region.
