Secrecy and public access to information

The Foundation for Baltic and East European Studies is subject to the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act (SFS 2009:400). This means that the Foundation complies with the same rules as Swedish public authorities do when it comes to the handling and disclosure of public documents and the prerequisites that must be met in order to classify certain information as secret.
